Key Largo is the first island of Florida Keys with a population of about 10,000 people. Key Largo is the longest island in the Florida Keys spanning 33 miles from top to bottom. Connected to the mainland by one primary route (US 1) and one bridge. There is also a northern bridge (Jewfish Bridge) connecting North Key Largo with the mainland. Key Largo is filled with mostly residential and commercial real estate. This Charming Island is surrounded by sunken shipwrecks and magnificent coral reefs.
